2018 YEAR IN REVIEW
I can only sum up 2018 like this: bewildering, insane, transformative, humbling, and full of challenges. It seemed like an era lasting 10 years closed but left so many open doors in its wake. Among many things, I helped launch a nonprofit independent art school, lived through a seance, built a hate-jammer, installed my work at a festival, appeared in a book, completed a significant commission, and opened my first museum exhibition while writing an autobiographical novel set for release in 2019 — life is strange and beautiful.
Western Neon School of Art opens Winter Quarter in January 2019, OMNIA runs until March 2019, and I’ll be an Artist in Residence at Wenatchee Valley College through 2020. Thank you ALL friends and family for keeping me sober, focused, and on the path — none of this would be possible without YOU. Happy Holidays and have a great New Year!
